Tip Hunter: Two Great Action Games

Want more tips? I got you covered. Today I have tips for two great games (Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and inFAMOUS Second Son) if you are a achievement or trophy hunter like me.

Drop Everything - inFAMOUS Second Son

You can only get this trophy after beating the game. You need to climb the tallest building in the game which is located Uptown. This is the same building you climbed before facing the final boss so follow the same path from before. At the top you'll see a satellite dish. Dash in it using your video powers then quickly use a double air surge (press twice in a row) and then hold down to perform a Comet Drop. Try to land on the street and then... 🎵 pop goes the trophy sound 🎵.

A Mighty Doom - Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor

This one is a little bit tricky (just a bit) because it took me a couple tries. To get this you need to acquire a level 25 (legendary) rune from defeating a captain or warchief. A rune level increases from doing following:

• +2 Target is a Warchief
• +1 Knowing Weakness (gain intel from Captain or Worm)
• +1 Exploit Hate/Fear (using a hate or fear; i.e. fire, caragor, ghul, graug, betrayal, pain, etc.)
• +1 Revenge Kill (kill a target that has killed you)
• +1 Death Threat (unlock the Death Threat ability and place one on the target; Captains only for Captains and Warchiefs) (credit to PlaystationTrophies.org)

Ignore the last one because it increases the chances of an epic rune dropping. Instead, do what I did:

1. Backup your save file to the cloud or on a USB drive. If you fail to get it you can recover your previous save file and try again (this really helped me).
2. Let a level 20 warchief kill you
3. Gain intel from his captain
4. Call him out
5. Exploit his weakness
6. Brutally kill him
7. Hope you get a level 25 rune
